Our Church

NSBFC (New Song Bible Fellowship Church) is dedicated to “Magnifying God and Making Disciples in our neighborhoods and all the nations” with the Love of God and the life-changing message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We do this by holding forth the Word of Life and developing Christ followers who are W.O.R.D. driven and Spirit-led disciples of Jesus Christ.

NSBFC’s history began when God placed it in the heart of our Senior Pastor to plant a non-denominational, disciple-making church. In 1990, Dr. Bernard T. Fuller formed a church planting team, to help see his vision come to fruition.

Our Mission
Magnifying Jesus and Making Disciples, who passionately love God and people; Everyday, Everywhere, and with Everyone for the glory of God.” Matthew 28: 19-20; Colossians 1: 28; Psalm 96.

Our Purpose
To help people experience a better quality of life. by becoming “W.O.R.D. driven Holy Spirit led servants, who are Kingdom Ambassadors for Jesus Christ throughout their communities and the nations of this world for the glory of God.” Matthew 28: 19-20; Colossians 1: 28; I Corinthians 5: 14-21.

Our Motto
“Growing God’s Family…One Household at a time.” Matthew 28: 16-20; Joshua 24: 14-15

Our Goals
We desire to develop W.O.R.D. driven, Holy Spirit-Led Christians; who are committed Kingdom Ambassadors for our King, The Lord Jesus Christ. Christians who understand that we are in a spiritual battle, and therefore must live surrendered to the Lordship of our Savior and King, Jesus Christ. Christians who obey the Word of God and are being transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Christians who passionately love God and people who understand how to worship God in Spirit and in truth through prayer, praise, and obedience to God’s Word. Christians who gather regularly for spiritual formation to learn how to live the victorious Christian life as overcomers. Christians who are developing righteous relationships at home, at work, and within the church through mutual encouragement and accountability. Christians who understand that all people matter to God, therefore, are actively and compassionately involved in the work of evangelism and missions throughout their communities and the nations of this world for the glory of God, through the ministry of Service and Disciple-Making.

Our History
New Song Bible Fellowship had its first public worship service in the chapel of Washington Bible College in Lanham, Maryland on November 4, 1990. Since then, God has blessed us to begin over 50 different ministries within our church, our community, and internationally.
